There are many aspects of the New Civilization. The best in my opinion would be a civilization that transcends this current civilization of Earth in an enlightened manner. Through out all of the new civilization writings this year on the newciv blogs what resonates is that the writers (myself included) of these blogs related to new civilizations expect there to be a transcendence to a new and better way of life for all Humans on this planet.
